Withdrawing Your Crypto Funds

When customers send funds for your products, the funds are held in our smart contract until you withdraw them. You can withdraw your funds anytime. To do so:


Click "Top Up / Withdraw" on the lefthand menu or visit the Balances page directly.

For the currency you would like to withdraw, click the withdraw button. Then enter the amount you want to withdraw and click proceed.




Confirm the transaction in your MetaMask Wallet.

After a few moments the funds will be withdrawn to the Merchant Account wallet you used to set up your store and are now available for you to do whatever you would like with.
