Make a Payment

Once you have installed MetaMask and funded your wallet with Matic and your merchant's payment coin of choice, you are ready to complete the subscription sign up. 

1. Add items to your cart and go through the checkout process as normal. 
2. Select 'Recurrable' as your payment type (this will be an option along with any credit cards or other payment methods your merchant accpets). 
3. Select the Cryptocurrency you would like to pay in. (i.e. USDT, USDC, DAI) and click to continue. 
4. When you are redirected to the Recurrable Dapp, log in via MetaMask using the account that has you funded in previous help articles. 
5. If you are prompted to Top Up your balance, it means you have not yet allocated funds to pay merchants.
   1. Follow the prompts to go to https://app.recurrable.io/#/balances. 
   2. The amount you have in your wallet will be displayed next to your Top Up Balance.
      1. For first time users, you will likely see a positive balance in your wallet and 'Top Up Balance' of 0.0. 
      2. Click Top Up to add funds to your balance. Add at least as much as needed to pay your first payment. We recommend you fund several months at a time. Don't worry, we have further safeguards to ensure Merchants cannot take more funds than you are signing up for. 
      3. Return to the Merchant page.
   3. You will receive a request to confirm the transaction on the blockchain in MetaMask. Please do so. It may take anywhere between a few seconds and a couple of minutes for the transaction to confirm. Once it does, you should be able to access your content.
